Killer
- The proc rate of this enhancement appears to be dependent on the CR of the monsters you kill.
- Monsters with a CR equal to your level always proc the enhancement.
- Monsters with a CR of one below your level seem to proc the enhancement around 50% of the time.
- Monsters with a CR more than one level below you proc it rarely.
- Stacks are renewed by killing more enemies; the duration for a max stack is 15 seconds.
