Category:Weapons by proficiency
There are three type of proficiencies in DDO. You get -4 to attack rolls if you are not proficient with that weapon.
Rune Arms and Companion Collar are also listed here. Unlike the main three categories, these have a hard requirement to have the appropriate feats to be able to wield these weapons. If you don't have the appropriate feat, you won't be able to equip them at all.
