Wylkes Manor
Wylkes Manor is a small, separate public zone located off the western area of The Inspired Quarter. This courtyard is accessed via a door along the norther row of buildings of that part of The Inspired quarter, roughly due north from the gate to The Harbor.
The Path of Inspiration quest chain has several key NPC's found here.
