Weaken Construct
Effect: On melee hit proc, -20% Fortification for 20 seconds, Constructs only, 100% proc rate on melee weapon attacks only.
Graphical effect and icon is the same as Destruction.
As of update 12.1, works on all constructs, including living constructs such as the Lord of Blades. Verified to work on red and purple named.
Weaken Construct: While wearing this item, your melee attacks cause constructs to lose 20% of their Fortification for the next 20 seconds. This effect does not stack with itself.
