Effect: This potent ability will in certain cases send forth a cacophony of sound. Upon a natural 20 on an attack roll, which is confirmed as a critical hit, the target may suffer the following conditions: Stunned (DC 18 Will save negates), Knockdown (DC 18 Reflex save negates), and Disorient (DC 18 Fortitude save negates).
