Talk:Wand and Scroll Mastery

From DDO wiki

It would be nice to have a chart on what wands and scrolls are affected by each of the flavors of these. For example, the basic WSM states "+x% to the effectiveness of your wands, scrolls, and other items that cast spells" vs the Tiefling's " +x% damage and healing of your wands, scrolls and other items that cast spells". If I cast a wand of wand/scroll of Enfeeblement that casts Ray of Enfeeblement does this mean normal WMS takes the 1-6 str X 75% and Tiefling does not? For Wail of the Banshee does the normal WSM add to the negative levels? Christopher G Lewis (ContribsMessage) 15:34, May 3, 2019 (EDT)
