How many hit points come from 1 point of constitution ?[edit]

I guess that this is a typical "curse of knowledge" trap : Players who know the mechanics just cannot imagine that the question "how many hit points does 1 point of constitution give" might be a problem at all.

But Newbies might have this problem.

For example, in the question of "what is better ? an augment or item with hit points or an augment with constitution " one has to calculate which of both gives more hit points in the end.

I assume that at least this calculation should be made clear on the Constitution page, no matter how trivial it might seem.

Me, I'm still looking for a source for that ... Alrik (ContribsMessage) 14:12, April 2, 2021 (EDT)

  • The exact mechanics are described in Hit points, which are linked. However, I will add this information because it doesn't complicate the article. Not going to explain how ability modifiers work though (for the other stuff like fortitude, skills, etc.) Faltout (ContribsMessage) 15:07, April 2, 2021 (EDT)
