Attack: Known Spells Ice Storm, Polar Ray, Freezing Gaze (Numbing cold slows your movements under the beholder's central gaze, stacks up to three times), Cold Ray, Frost Lance, Telekinesis, Freezing Blood (Your blood is freezing slowly, dealing cold damage every three seconds. This effect stacks!), Soul Drain (Cursed wound icon): Your soul has heard the call of an early grave. Your wounds cannot be healed by normal means.
Special Qualities: Immune to cold, vulnerable to fire.

Description: Nurse Ratchet is a Frost Beholder, therefore she does not possess an antimagic cone. After receiving a certain amount of damage, she'll do a minor teleport inside the room, quickly followed by an energy blast that does an increasing amount of damage based on how low her HP is. To avoid this attack, simply run out of the way as the DM suggests ("Run! It's casting something nasty!"). Consider this a "hit & run" fight.
