When you approach him, he will wave and scream out:
- Kobuuta: Adventurer! I should speak with you!
If you talk to him, he will reply:
- Kobuuta: Hail, friend! The Gatekeepers need the help of brave adventurers to investigate the Temple of Elemental Evil!
- Kobuuta: Simply use the Stormreach Teleporter behind me to go to the Hall of Heroes.
- Kobuuta: From there, go to the bottom floor and you should see another Gatekeeper named Alatra. Speak to her, and she'll send you on your way!
- You: Teleporter to the Hall of Heroes. Got it.
