Description	This enchanted flask eternally refills with ice-cold flavored coffee. You feel like you could take on the world. Maybe a little too much... On use: You gain Festive Undying +100Festive Undying +100: Bound to service beyond death, you gain a +100 Festive bonus to your Incapacitation range. Festive Intimidate +10Festive Intimidate +10: Passive: +10 Festive bonus to the Intimidate skill. Festive Tumble +10Festive Tumble +10: Passive: +10 Festive bonus to the Tumble skill. Festive Incite +75Festive Incite +75: +75% Festive bonus to increased threat generation from melee damage Festive Ranged Incite +75Festive Ranged Incite +75: +75% Festive bonus to increased threat generation from ranged damage Festive Fortitude Save +5Festive Fortitude Save +5: This item gives a +5 Festive bonus to your Fortitude saves. Notes	Using a Rest Shrine while the coffee is active does not dispel the effects, and the penalties will still appear on expiration. Waiting in a tavern does not remove the "decaffeinated" penalties. Drinking flask does break stealth. This reward was introduced with the 12th Anniversary (February 2018)
