Base price modifier: +1 per level
Effect: Passive: 20% - 125% enhancement bonus to Fortification. (Fortification is a chance to negate additional damage incurred from a Critical Hit or Sneak Attack. Some enemies can bypass a portion of your Fortification.)
The following values are available on heroic random loot: 20% / 40% / 60% / 80% / 100% / 105%. On epic items (ML20+) higher-level variants are available, growing in 5% increment.
