Description
Finishing Move: Air Ki Melee Attack → Light Ki Melee Attack → Air Ki Melee Attack → Finishing Move activator.
Activate this finisher to wrap all nearby allies in the stuff of clouds for a short period of time, granting them 20% concealment.
- Target: Friend, Self
- Duration: 1 minute
Notes
Unlike other concealing spells, the Dance of Clouds will blur ANY friendly target, including NPCs.
