Deprecate?[edit]

- Not deprecated but I'm not opposed to a merge. I'm thinking it should be merged into "effect" as opposed to "description" as that's a more appropriate description of the category of effects. ⇒ DDOstream (Contribs • Message • Email) 09:19, July 17, 2019 (EDT)
