Description
You utter a single word of power that instantly causes one creature of your choice to become Stunned, whether the creature can hear the word or not. The duration of the spell depends on the target’s current Hit Points:
- 150 or fewer current Hit Points: Stunned for 8 to 32 seconds.
- 151 to 300 current Hit Points: Stunned for 8 to 16 seconds.
- 301 and higher current Hit Points: Stunned for 8 seconds.
Has a reduced duration when cast on players: 2+1d6 seconds, regardless of hitpoints.
Stunning doesn't work on bosses, raid bosses, or creatures of the wrong genus.
